DELIVERY

We use DPD Next Business Day Tracked Service for our STANDARD DELIVERY.
We use DPD Priority Pin Service for our EXPRESS DELIVERY*.

Please note, we operate a handling time of 2–3 business days before dispatch. After this handling period, your parcel will be shipped on a DPD Next Business Day Service.

We aim to process and handle all orders as quickly as possible. During standard operating times, we offer same-day handling for orders placed before 2:30pm. However, in peak periods, this may not always be possible. All orders will still be dispatched no later than 1 business day after handling is complete (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 2:30pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following business day.

Please note: DPD Next Day delivery means 1 BUSINESS day in transit. If you select DPD Next Day before 2:30pm on a Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day, but delivery may not occur until the following business day.

We may need to ship parts of your order from another one of our warehouses — so you may receive multiple tracking numbers — but all items in your order will be shipped on the same day once handling is complete.

International (Inc. EU) - TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

E-Commerce Packet Tracked (5-7 Days) - £5.99 - the aim is to deliver your parcels within 5-7 working days from handover in the United Kingdom. We operate a same day handling on orders made before 2:30pm.

 

*USA - 1-3 Days, Canada - 2 Days, Australia - 3 Days, S. Korea/Japan/N. Zealand - 2 Days, Ireland/Netherlands/Belgium - Next Day, France/Germany - Next Day, Spain/Italy - Next Day, Czech Republic/Poland - Next Day, Switzerland/Norway - Next Day.

 

*Please be aware that you may be subject to customs TAX/DUTIES in accordance with your countries laws and regulations and it is the responsibility of the customer to cover these fees. Any customs fees are paid directly to customs and not Sale Lab Limited.*
