We use DPD Next Business Day Tracked Service for our STANDARD DELIVERY.
We use DPD Priority Pin Service for our EXPRESS DELIVERY*.

Please note, we operate a handling time of 2–3 business days before dispatch. After this handling period, your parcel will be shipped on a DPD Next Business Day Service.

Please note: DPD Next Day refers only to the transit time, which is 1 business day. With our current 2–3 day handling time, your order will be dispatched after this processing period.

During busier periods — such as Black Friday or seasonal sales — handling and delivery times may be longer than usual.

We may need to ship parts of your order from another one of our warehouses — so you may receive multiple tracking numbers — but all items in your order will be shipped on the same day once handling is complete.
