We operate a same day handling on orders made before 2:30pm. Please note that in peak periods, this may not be the case, but orders will be dispatched no later than 1 business day after the order has been placed (Mon-Fri-this does not include Weekends or bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:30pm on a Friday, will be treated as ordered on Monday.

*Please note, ROYAL MAIL Tracked 24HR delivery is 1-2 BUSINESS days. If you order RM 24H before 2:30pm on a Friday, your order will be despatched same day, however, delivery may not be until the following business day.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are charged for parcels that are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an item is returned to us for this reason and you choose not to have it re-shipped, you will be liable for the return cost, which will be deducted from your refund.

Additionally, if you have requested a reshipment and then refuse delivery,or if you have ordered and refused delivery, you will be charged both the reshipping fee and the return-to-sender fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund accordingly.
